Prudential Disability

Employees
60% weekly salary up to $2,500
60% monthly salary up to $15,000
LTD
Short-term Disability
Equal to 60% of your weekly earnings (up to a maximum of $2,500). Benefit payments begin after a 7-day waiting period and if approved, will continue for up to 12 weeks for an illness or injury. In the case of maternity, the benefit duration is based upon the type of delivery (6-8 weeks).
Long-term Disability
Replaces up to 60% of your monthly earnings (up to a maximum of $15,000). LTD benefit payments begin after 12 weeks if your disability continues.
