2027 Medical Insurance

Administered by Aetna or Kaiser (CA employee only), Infillion offers five medical plans with a range of coverage levels and costs to provide you the flexibility to choose what is best for you and your family’s needs and budget.

Kaiser HMO (CA Employees Only) Plan

- Free in-network preventive care in all 4 Aetna plans.
- Prescription coverage via RxBenefits/OptumRx (see the Pharmacy page for more details).
- All medical plan enrollees are automatically enrolled in First Stop Health $0 Virtual Care. Click here for more information.
- Access to 2nd.MD (virtual second opinion service) and Hinge Health (virtual physical therapy program) to all Aetna-enrolled employees at NO ADDITIONAL COST. Keep scrolling for more information on these programs below!
- A high deductible health plan (HDHP) offers lower paycheck contributions, higher deductibles, and the ability to participate in a tax-free Health Savings Account (HSA) that Infillion contributes to. The buy-up plan offers a lower deductible, but higher per paycheck contributions.
- The PPO plans offer copays for the most commonly used healthcare services such as primary care physician (PCP) office visits and prescriptions. It also gives you gives you the freedom to see any doctor or specialist without a PCP or a referral and has out of network coverage.
Infillion employees who reside in Southern California, have access to the Kaiser Permanente HMO medical plan.
Eligible employees will see this additional plan option available to them during enrollment.
The Kaiser HMO plan has in-network only coverage, you must receive care from an in-network provider to have coverage with the exception of coverage for true emergencies, which will be treated as in-network.
- Enjoy no deductibles, free preventive care, and predictable copays.
- Your Kaiser primary care physician actively oversees and directs or refers your specialist treatments.
