2027 Flexible Spending Accounts

Infillion offers Regular FT employees the opportunity to contribute to several different types of flexible spending accounts (FSAs). FSAs allow you to contribute pre-tax dollars up to the annual IRS limits to pay for eligible expenses. You may participate in the following FSAs administered by Inspira Financial.

Pre-tax dollars to pay for a wide range of eligible medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy expenses.
Unlike the Limited-Purpose FSA (which only covers dental and vision), a Full-Purpose FSA is comprehensive. It covers almost any out-of-pocket healthcare expense for you, your spouse, and your tax dependents.
HSA participants may NOT participate in this type of FSA.
Limit is projected to be $3,500 in 2027. 2026 Limit = $3,400
Pre-tax dollars used to pay for eligible Dental and Vision expenses only.
For HSA participants: an LPFSA is designed to be paired with a Health Savings Account (HSA).
Limit is projected to be $3,500 in 2027. 2026 Limit = $3,400
Pre-tax dollars used to pay for eligible child care or adult dependent care expenses that enable you (and your spouse, if married) to work or look for work.
Limit is $7,500 per household (or $3,750 if married filing separately)
The monthly maximum contribution is projected to be $350 per month in 2027.
