for New Hires

Follow these steps to ensure enrollment in your Infillion Benefits through Workday.

Step 1:

Decide who you will cover, and locate their SSN, DOB, and contact info.

* Your legal spouse, including a same-sex spouse if legally married under state or foreign law.

* Your domestic partner, including same-sex and opposite-sex. All new enrollees must sign a domestic partner affidavit during benefits enrollment and all enrollees must have documentation to show a shared residence for 12 consecutive months, along with proof of financial interdependence. The fair market value of Infillion's cost for domestic partner coverage will be included in your taxable income (imputed), and your contributions for this coverage are made on an after-tax basis.

* Your disabled child(ren) of any age who is eligible for Social Security benefits and became disabled before age 26.

* Your child(ren) and your domestic partner's child(ren), including biological, step, legally adopted, or placed with you for adoption, or under court order, are covered through the end of the month in which they turn age 26.

Step 2:

Do your research!

Infillion provides several tools to assist you in making your benefit selections. Be sure to review your options closely and don’t forget to use HealthJoy’s decision support tool. You may also reach out to HealthJoy with any questions about your benefit options. If you fail to select benefits while you are eligible, you will not have the opportunity to choose additional benefits outside of the default plans for you and your family until the next annual enrollment period without a qualifying life event (QLE).

YOU MUST TAKE ACTION WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR BENEFIT ELIGIBILITY DATE

Step 3:

Enroll Through Workday

Once you've made your decisions, enroll through Workday. Here is a quick overview of the process:

1. Log in to Workday on or after your start date.

2. Go to your My Tasks inbox by clicking the mailbox icon in the upper-right corner of Workday. You may also see the task on your homepage under your To Do’s.

3. Open the task titled Benefit Change – New Hire and Click on the Let’s Get Started button.

5. Each benefit coverage type will be represented by a tile. For each tile, beginning with Medical, click on the Enroll button.

6. Under Plans Available, click Select next to the plan you choose and then click on Confirm and Continue.

8. If you are covering dependents, click Add New Dependent, or select an existing dependent if their record is already listed. Enter and save the dependent’s information, then confirm the correct coverage tier and dependent selections before clicking Save.

9. Repeat the enrollment process for each benefit tile: medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life/AD&D insurance, disability, voluntary benefits, and any other available plans.

10. After all elections are complete, click Review and Sign. Correct any page errors.

11. On the summary page, review your elections carefully.

12. Check the box next to I Agree to electronically sign your enrollment.

13. Click Submit. This final step is required; your elections are not complete until submitted.

14. Confirm that you see the message: “You’ve submitted your elections.”

15. Finally, click View 2027 Benefits Statement to save or print a copy for your records.

REMINDER

You may not change your enrollments (with the exception of HSA and Commuter FSA contributions) until next year's annual enrollment period, unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). If you experience a QLE, you must request a change to your benefits within 30 days of your life event in Workday.
